Khamitic Healing Arts Center reflects a place for the healing arts of music, dance, poetry, drumming, piano, artwork, as well as, therapeutic arts: Acupressure, Reflexology, Fitness, Yoga, Meditation, Pilates and Nutrition.

We are now teaching private music lessons in piano, voice, classical guitar, hand drumming, and Alternative Health Practices and Education..

Our studio is located in the beautiful Flagler County at the County Seat of Bunnell, Florida.

It is in the Coastal Center, 4750 E. Moody Blvd., Bunnell, Fl. 32110 (SR 100). The studio includes a 200 sq foot space for Private Music Lessons for ages 5-adult.

Yoga

The Yoga class is a Hatha Yoga, Integral Yoga, Egyptian Yoga: Hatha Yoga as preparatory stage of physical purification that the body practices for higher meditation. The word Hatha is a compound of the words Ha and Thameaning sun and moon It includes information about shatkarma (purification),asana (postures), pranayama (subtle energy control), chakras (centers of energy), kundalini (instinct), bandhas (muscle force), kriyas (techniques; manifestations of kundalini), shakti (sacred force), nadis (channels), andmudras (symbolic gestures) among other topics.

Afralarobics (Exercise)

The Afralarobics class focus's on the fun of Pan Afrakan dance styles, but with great emphasis on floor work: (Mid and Lower Body Strength) You can bring a towel or use Yoga Mat for floor work.

ancient Practices of Healing

Acupressure and Reflexology is a great ancient practice that understands the bodies magnetic energy systems and serves to balance, neutralize or tonify its source pathways which are called meridians.

Learn More > Appointments are scheduled for an assessment of pulses. Similar to western medicine pulse readings are determined to further assess what meridian chart to follow. Each meridian chart has energy source points, target organs and trigger points which are used by light finger touch to balance out the bodies energies. Acupressure follows the same methodology as Acupuncture, but without the use of needles.

Evolution of the Mind is practiced in understanding the union of Self in Meditation, pranayama (Breathwork) and asanas (postures).

When there is flexibility in the body, there is flexibility in the mind. We use breathing techniques to further practice mindfullness and create a one-pointedness of concentration and stilling of the mind.

Soul is understood in the practice of the arts of music, dance and expression.

We instruct private instruction in music, vocal, piano and theory, as well as, cultural dance and movement. We also have a poetry and writing forum.
